I can see this from my desk so its really more a motivator for me than for my kids.....

Our big goal for the year:

Each of my tables are a different college: UVA, UF, Harvard, BU, Duke and Rice
All of those colored papers have what the kids would buy if they had the extra money you make by getting a college degree:

I took initiative and created a bulletin board for the hallway...

And these people are how I make it through my days......

Student comments on my deteriorating appearance

1st period student:

"Miss you look so pretty today."

7th period student:

"Miss why do you look so tired?"

5 minute lunch post

So yesterday I gave out four lunch detentions in one period.
There are currently 5 minutes left of lunch and no one has showed. Guess how many students will spend monday afternoon with me? yep at least those 4.

Lets see who else wants to push my buttons today.
