Well hello end of year prep

Yesterday my student came up to me in 7th period and said "Miss, did you get in a fight this weekend?!" To which I replied, "Of course not, why?" (but I did just discover a softball sized bruise on my leg that has yet to be explained) Back to the story - He and another student proceeded to comment on how my eye looked all purple underneath.

You know its bad when the kids think bags under your eyes are from getting punched in the face.

So what did I proceed to do? Work at school until 8pm last night on end of year test prep.
